The prices include cleaning and bills. The apartment has all the accessories and linen for the kitchen, bathroom and bed.
In the winter period, there is a € 5.00 extra charge per night for heating.

After receiving an email confirming your reservation, you are asked to pay a 50% deposit of the total amount for the stay.
The maximum deadline for sending the receipt of payment is three days; after this deadline, the reservation is considered cancelled and the rooms can be allocated to other clients. The remaining amount must be paid at the complex at the end of the holiday.
